This is a 21 yr old rum from Guyana, in my 1st rum tasting, we tasted 3 El Dorados, coming ages amongst the same brand. The results were interesting. I feel some people look for taste over smoothness, a little burn doesn’t bother them, others value smooth over taste.
The 21 year old was very smooth, but not so flavorful. It was a little flat in my opinion.
