Canadian Maple Whisky (October 9th, 2020)
This was a lighter, fun, tasting. Quebec seems to have very few Canadian whisky distilleries, but seems to make almost all the maple whisky in Canada. This one was one of the few tastings where I had a hangover the next day, I’m assuming to the high sugar content in the alcohol, and the lack of aging of the alcohol. The bottles in question were;

The Survey Results
We had 12 participants for this tasting, it was in the fall. A few people said this was their favorite tasting, I’m assuming since it was more on the sweeter side, and lighter fare, not so serious.

I found it interesting, Sortilege won, the regular $34 one, even against it’s own Prestige brand, at $52. The Creme did very well too, getting the same score as the winner, this is the first time a creme has done so well!
So the winner 105 out of a possible 120 (105/120 = 88%)
