Wild Turkey is the Bourbon brand that everyone remembers growing up in Canada. It was the one everyone’s parents had. This particular one, is ‘Rare Breed’, a mix of 6 yr, 8 yr, and 12 yr Bourbons, and ‘Barrel Proof’, which means it’s not diluted to lower the alcohol level, so it’s 116 proof. This is the 3rd category up in the Wild Turkey line. The other two being Small batch, and 101.
Funny comment, but I really like how the cork/stopper is designed on this bottle. (I’ve been opening and pouring a lot of bottles, details matter to me).
